Welcome to the LSP web page, The board is wanting help from our community. We as a board are putting many hours into a job that should be fun, we are finding that many of the committees that need to be filled are vacant and the board has had to step up and perform these functions. The committees that are vacant are: Architectural Control Committee, Covenant enforcement Committee, and the Community Spirit Committee. The description of the different committees are on page 8 of your community hand book. If you are interested in filling one of the seats, we will not fail you, we will help you every step of the way. We need 3 people for ACC committee, We need 3 people for the CEC committee and 2 people for the CSC Committee. Parrish is a quiet bedroom community with quick and easy access via US Highway 301 and Interstate 75 to all area employment centers, as well as shopping and entertainment areas. Nearby points of interest includes Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall, Manatee Memorial Hospital and the Florida Rail Road Museum.
