Dear Owners;
As you may not be aware, the current vendor that supplies the mailboxes for the community no longer has the current model available. The Board of Directors has searched for that model and other models that are similar in keeping with the look in the neighborhood.
Though a change may be necessary in the future and the Board will continue to review other options, for now, a model that works has been identified for anyone who needs to replace or repair the mailbox/post/hardware. Please see the attached information.
Should a change to the aesthetics be considered in the future, the Board will provide ample information for the Ownership to vote on as is required by the Association documents before making any changes. For now, this option will suffice for what is already being utilized throughout the community.
