HOW DO I PAY MY DUES?
Dues are paid quarterly (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct) and are due on the first day of the requisite month. Coupon books are provided by the bank and mailed out at the end of each year. Coupon books are processed by the bank. Individual residents do not need to order a coupon book. If the bank fails to provide a coupon book you can pay your dues without an accompanying coupon. Mail your check to the address below. Be sure to include your account number.

WHO IS ON THE ARCHITECHTUAL CONTROL COMMITTEE (ACC) AND HOW DO I CONTACT THEM.
Members of the committee are volunteers from the community. Therefore, the participants change from time to time. Questions regarding changes, improvements, upgrades, etc. should be directed to Judi Morrison @ jmorrison@cscmsi.com or phone# 941-377-6218.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A REQUEST/DESIGN FOR APPROVAL BY THE ACC?
A detailed explanation of the process is contained in the Community Standards Revised 2013 which is required to be provided to all homeowners at the close of purchase. If you do not have these documents you may contact your closing company and/or download them from this site under the tab for DOCUMENTS. The Architectural Modification Request form is also available for downloading under the DOCUMENTS tab.
IS PARKING ALLOWED ON THE STREET?
All streets within the Lakeside Preserve Community are regulated by Manatee County and subject to the county’s traffic ordinances. Traffic regulations are enforced by the Manatee Sheriff’s Department. HOA rules governing vehicle, parking, and maintenance standards are contained under Article XV of the Community Standards Revised 2013 available under the DOCUMENTS tab.
WHAT ARE THE TRASH PICKUP DAYS?
Trash/Garbage is picked up twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday. In the event that the preceding Monday is a holiday the trash/Garbage will then be collected on Wednesday and Friday. Yard trash (i.e. trimmings, removed plantings, tree limbs, etc.) are picked up on Wednesdays on non-holiday weekends.
Garbage and recycle containers may not be placed outside for pick up earlier than 6 pm the night before and empty containers shall be removed from sight the same day as pick up. All food refuse shall be placed in a covered receptacle to avoid attack from animals. Trash may not be accumulated or stored on the exterior of the home and open burning of garbage and other refuse is not permitted. Recycling receptacles are retrieved by mechanical arms that requires additional space for operation.

IS FISHING ALLOWED IN THE PONDS?
The lakes within our community are currently not stocked with fish, however, native fish species exist. Fishing is allowed, but restricted to residents and their guests only.
WHAT IS THE LOCAL POLICING AUTHORITY?
Police services are provided by the Manatee Sheriff’s Department. Contact information for all Emergency Services Providers can be found under the COMMUNITY tab.
HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
It’s easy; come to any monthly HOA Board of Directors Meeting and introduce yourself. Your active participation will be most welcome. If you cannot wait just contact the Management Company and provide your contact information.
