Residents,
The Ferber Real Estate Development Company has presented a Proposal to Lakeside Preserve HOA to use the community’s front entrance as a Cross Access Easement to their New Development outside the community property. (US 301 and Fort Hamer Rd.)
It is Very important for all of the Residents to Respond to this request, especially along 56th Street East. Those of you along 56th St East will be affected by this decision the most. The New Development would possibly create more traffic, speeding and even the potential of increasing crime within our community, which no one wants to invite into our community. Again, it is Imperative that the community RESPOND to this request.
